Get Involved Get Involved Volunteer work with the homeless The Light House & No Bucks Cafe 28 Pearse Street, Dublin 2. Description: The Light House & Tiglin No Buck's Cafe work as an amalgamation of a soup kitchen and a homeless drop in cafe. The Light House provides vital assistance to those in homelessness. The Light House serves food all days besides Monday and Friday. Those interested may volunteer during day (11am - 6pm or other shift) All days except Monday and Friday. It must be mentioned that Sunday is particular is in need of extra help. Volunteers are generally expected to assist with food preparation/distribution and welcoming/conversing with the homeless guests. For more info, contact the e-mail below. [email protected] The No Bucks Cafe currently operates a night cafe on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (7pm - 9pm), during the open hours, volunteers help with serving hot food and drinks, the homeless guests are also welcomed inside where the volunteers generally interact with the guests. No Bucks team also operates a walking team, walking teams go out in the streets of Dublin where they aim to encourage the homeless to link with the Tiglin Services.
