  1. OUR SERVICES?

Supported housing: Jigginstown Manor

Manager: Alex Newcomb

Started: 2021

Capacity: 12 Individual units

Located in Naas, Co. Kildare, Jigginstown Manor is a transitional housing project delivered in partnership with Homeless Care CLG, providing vital support to young adults (approximately aged 18–25) experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The facility offers 12 purpose-built studio apartments, designed to promote independence and long-term housing stability. A central main house supports community engagement and on-site management, creating a supportive environment for residents to grow and thrive.

Jigginstown Manor delivers a comprehensive range of homeless services, including:

  • Homelessness prevention

  • Temporary emergency accommodation

  • Resettlement support

  • Tenancy sustainment

Each resident receives tailored key working support, with a strong focus on personal progression. This includes pathways to employment, work experience, education, and overall wellbeing.

Building on Tiglin’s experience as an approved housing body, Jigginstown Manor empowers young people to take meaningful steps toward independent, sustainable living — supporting not just housing needs, but the full spectrum of personal development.
