President of Ireland Michael D. Higgins officially opens Jigginstown Manor | Independent living facility for young adults. It was our honour and privilege to welcome the President to our facility, we appreciate his support of Tiglin. During this ceremony we presented the President and the First lady with the title of 'Honorary Friend of Tiglin'.

How can I donate to support Tiglin?

You can donate securely on this website by card or bank transfer. €10 covers a hot meal at the Lighthouse café. €55 covers an hour of counselling. €100 helps close funding gap & open the door to a new life in recovery.

Where does my donation go?

Donations fund frontline work directly: residential addiction recovery, supported housing, the Lighthouse café, family counselling, and education through our SETU partnership. We publish full figures every year in our annual report.

Can I volunteer with Tiglin?

Yes. We rely on volunteers across our centres, the Lighthouse café, events and fundraising. You can register interest through our contact page and we will match you to where you are needed.

How do I ensure the programs are effective?

Our LIFE.RESTORED research report tracked five years of outcomes and was launched by the Taoiseach in 2024. That year, we delivered 38,232 treatment sessions and supported 220 people in housing. We publish results in our annual report each year.

Can I support a specific project of Tiglin's work?

Yes. You can choose to direct your donation toward addiction recovery, housing, the Lighthouse café, or family support. Contact us and we will set that up.
